Next, in the topic area of
Globalization: Science & Ethics, we present the Opinion Piece titled  "The Necessity of an Awareness of the Reality of the Planet" by Technologist Tetsuo Kaneko of the East Katsushika Institute, located in Matsudo-Shi, Japan.


Following, in the related realm of
Globalization: Science & Relativism, Dr. Manuel Alfonseca of the Escuela Politécnica Superior, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Francisco Tomás y Valiente, in Madrid, Spain offers his Opinion Piece "Ideology and Contempt for Science."

 

 

The March-April 2020 issue concludes with a formal academic paper by Professor Hiroshige Tanaka, Professor of Public Economics in the Faculty of Economics at Chuo University in

Tokyo Japan[1], titled Digital Revolution and Structural Reform of Stakeholders.
