I’m pleased to present you with the November-December 2025 issue of the Journal of Global Issues & Solutions.

This issue begins with our Page One Feature Paper:
“National Sovereignty and Economics: The US-Mexico Border as a Political Tool” by frequent contributor to this Journal Mr. Alberto Cossu, MBA.  Mr Cossu is an International Management Consultant and Geo-Political Analyst based in Sassari, Italy.

 

Next, in the topic area of Focus on Africa: Cameroon we present the paper titled “A Critical Analysis of Cameroon’s Security, Intelligence and Diplomacy” which covers two sub-sections, including: 1) ‘Amidst the Anglophone Conflict under President Paul Biya’ and 2) ‘Should President Paul Biya Serve Another Term in Office as Cameroon’s Head of State?’ This paper is authored by Dr. Godwin Azinwi Suh, Criminologist & International Relations Expert of Nottingham City, England, United Kingdom. Dr. Suh holds a PhD in Armed Conflicts and Fear of Crime, England, UK, a MPhil in Policing, Security and Community Safety, England, UK, a MA in Security, Intelligence and Diplomacy, England, UK, a MA in International Relations, England, UK and a BA ( Hons) in Criminology and Criminal Justice, England, UK.

 

Following, we present a paper by Associate Professor Dr. Anna Rostomyan, formerly the HR Manager at Porsche Center Yerevan and presently a PhD Research Fellow at the University of Fribourg in Switzerland, and co-authored by Dr. Armen Rostomyan,  the After Sales Director at Porsche Center Yerevan and a Senior Researcher at Yerevan State University, in Yerevan, Armenia. Their paper, in the topic area of Ethics: Artificial Intelligence, is titled “The Benefits and Pitfalls of Emotion AI In Human-Machine Communication: An Ethical Observation.”


The November-December 2025 issue concludes with
a Philosophical Commentary titled “The Darkness and the Light VI: Concerning Who and What We Are” by Mr. Iain Kirkaldy-Willis, Naturalistic Philosopher, from Spain's Canary Islands.
