I’m pleased to present you with the November-December 2023 issue of the Journal of Global Issues & Solutions.

We discussed quite a lot about the Proxy War in the Ukraine in the September-October issue, while currently in the news is the latest Palestine (or what's left of it)-Israel War. This situation has been discussed and dissected in detail in myriad other publications so I won't repeat any of what you already know. Instead, I will give you this link to a satiric Youtube video from eight years ago (not much has changed since 2015 . . . or since 1967 for that matter):

This issue begins with our 'Page One' Featured Paper: "Current Severe Dangers to Freedom and National Sovereignty" presented by the Bibliotheque: World Wide (BWW) Society and the Institute for Positive Global Solutions.

Next, Mr. Michael Mifsud, Author, Art Collector and Critic of Malaga, Spain presents his paper in the subject area of Globalization, Culture, Strife & Politics, titled "Global Cultural Menace and World War III: Is it Preventable? Or Part of a Re-Invention Process to Shirk Off Old, Inefficient Ways?"

Moving on,  in the subject area of Global Population, Dr. Julio Gonzalo, Full Professor & Emeritus Professor of Physics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid - UAM and Universidad San Pablo CEU Madrid, Dr. Manuel Alfonseca, Full Professor of Electrical Engineering at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid - UAM , Madrid, Spain and Dr. Felix F. Munoz, Full Professor of Economics at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid - UAM, Madrid, Spain present their paper titled "Overpopulation & Abortion On Demand."

The November-December 2023 issue concludes with a colorful and thought-inspiring offering in the subject area of Commentary: AI & Machine Intelligence titled "Radiaesthesia" by Mr. Iain Kirkaldy-Willis, Naturalistic Philosopher, from Spain's Canary Islands.

I’m looking forward to your receiving your comments, observations and remarks regarding this issue’s presentations,

With best wishes,
