I’m pleased to present you with the July-August 2020 issue of the Journal of Global Issues & Solutions.

This issue begins with our Page One Feature Paper, from the world of psychiatry: "The Passion of Will in Schizophrenia: Towards a Philosophy of Mental Disorders" by Bernhard Mitterauer, MD, Professor Emeritus at the University of Salzburg and Director of the Volitronics-Institute for Basic Research located in Wals, Austria.


Next, Professor Samir A Hamouda of the Physics Department of the University of Benghazi, Libya presents his paper in the topic area of The Sciences: Physics: titled "The Structure of Space and Time on the Planck Scale."


Following, again in the realm of The

 

Sciences: Physics: "Negentropy of Computation and the Activity of Living Systems based on Superluminal Particles" is presented by Dr. Takaaki Musha of the Advanced Science-Technology Research Organization, located in Yokohama, Japan, and the Foundation of Physics Research Center (FoPRC), in Cosenza, Italy.

 

The July-August 2020 issue concludes with a detailed paper in the sphere of Education: Technology-Driven Transformations: "Higher Education 4.0: Smart Pathways for Smart Future," authored by Professor Dr. Sudhir Gavhane, Vice Chancellor of MGM University, Aurangabad, Maharashra, India and Quality Assessor in Higher Education and Former VC, YCMOU.
