This issue begins with our Page One Feature Paper in the subject area of
Medical Science: Psychiatry, titled "The Passion of Will in Mania: Towards a Philosophy of Mental Disorders", by Dr. Bernhard J. Mitterauer, Professor of Neuropsychiatry at the Voltronics-Institute in Salzburg, Wals, Austria.


Next, in the topic area of
Globalization: Colonialism, we present "The New Colonialism:

Wealthy Western Powers Siphoning the Best and Brightest from the Developing Nations Maintain Western Supremacy and Keep Impoverished Nations Mired in Poverty."


Following, also in the realm of
Globalization: Multiculturalism, Mr. Michael Mifsud, Author, Journalist and Entrepreneur, of Malaga, Spain offers his paper "Organic Multiculturalism and Imported, Unclassified Disruptive Influences."

 

 

The January-February 2020 issue concludes with a Commentary piece by Dr. Jasna Loboda-Cackovic, Scientist, Artist and Author of Berlin, Germany (formerly a Scientist at the Fritz-Haber-Institute of the Max-Planck Society in Berlin-Dahlem, Germany), and Dr. Hinko Cackovic, Scientist, Artist and Author of Berlin, Germany (formerly: Scientist at the Fritz-Haber-Institute of the Max-Planck Society in Berlin-Dahlem, Germany, and the Technical University of Berlin, in Berlin, Germany), titled Positive Global Solutions through Network or General-Consciousness.”
