I’m pleased to present you with the September-October 2017 issue of the Journal of Global Issues & Solutions.

This issue’s Page One Feature Paper is authored by a regular contributor to this Journal, Mr. Michael Mifsud, Entrepreneur, Writer and International Consultant, based in Malaga, Spain. “The Collective Consciousness – An Instrument of Manipulated Change” delves into the complex topics of thought and consciousness. Consciousness, writes Mr. Mifsud, “… now seems to be the residual start up program of human consciousness and made up of the sensory archives of our ancestors right up to the reptilic levels if not beyond.  Information is not stored as we would do it today on hard discs, but in the form of sensory effects which are the accumulation of emotional associations evolved in the form of interacting layers.” Examining the sub-topics of  “Humanity control and economic reform” and “Evolutionary Mistakes,” Mr. Mifsud contemplates that “Apart from this genetic inheritance of past experiences and mimetic behavior,  adapting to the new challenges from new angles is an essential part of the evolution of mankind.” Altogether fresh in concept and provocative in theory, this paper challenges the reader with an array of new perspectives in viewing the world, particularly the West, in today’s daunting environment of change and challenge.

In the next of an on-going series of essays on the subject of Universal Harmony, Dr. Jasna Loboda-Cackovic and Dr. Hinko Cackovic, both Scientists, Artists and Authors (and both also former Scientists at the Fritz-Haber-Institute of the Max-Planck

Society in Berlin-Dahlem) of Berlin, Germany, present “Awakening of Human Self-Consciousness: Opposing the Chaotic World Order.” Altogether an important paper which analyzes the myriad negative effects of the so-called ‘New World Order’ as compared to an ideal Harmonious World Order. The authors put forth that “[The] Development of Mankind, especially in consideration on Destabilization, Crises, Disharmony and Chaotic World situation – is the most important change. From this reason, discussion about “Harmonic World Order of All-That-Is” contrary to Static “New World Order” – presents an attempt to understand social and economical processes in the world, and presents also an important view to future.” From there the authors go into pertinent detail about the forces in play and how these forces are rooted in the trans-national Globalized Oligarchs who are trying to establish the New World Order worldwide.

Following, Dr. Randolph Riemschneider, of Berlin, Germany, presents his paper in the topic area of The Environment: Creating Biodegradability: Bee Moth Farms to Dispose of Polyalkene Waste and to Recover Animal Fodder.” In this essay the author describes one possibility to control and possibly eliminate the waste problems caused by the extraordinary stability and longevity of polyalkene waste (usually seen in the form of packing material, i.e. styrofoam ‘peanuts’). Surprisingly, bee moth farms, developed by the author during the 1980’s at the Farbwerke Hoechst appear to be the answer.  This paper offers fascinating reading for the environmentalist and lay reader as well.

This issue concludes with Part VIII of a special presentation in the topic area of Education: Life & Consciousness, by Naturalistic Philosopher Iain Mr. Iain Kirkaldy-Willis of Spain’s Canary Islands; “The Nature of Thought” is an on-going series of visual presentations. The author explains that “the use of image/text presentations has been chosen as a stimulating, provocative and inspiring format for consciousness raising.  It is an approach that has evolved over the years from a wide variety of applications – as a gardener in Finland, piecing together a holistic agricultural approach to an adult educational community’s land and then making that part of that Folk High School’s curriculum – in use with villagers in the foothills of N. India, as a tool for awareness, healing and empowerment, in the face of socio-environmental collapse – in the designing of courses to meet adult needs for healing and change in the face of different kinds of personal crisis.” Excellent graphics and bright imagery vividly highlight this fascinating visual presentation.
