With my very best wishes to you for a healthy, creative and innovative New Year ahead, I’m pleased to present you with the January-February 2019 issue of the Journal of Global Issues & Solutions.

This issue begins with our Page One Feature Paper,
Ethical Mercantile Banking and Intelligent Educational Systems – Part I” by Mr. Michael Mifsud, Entrepreneur, Writer, Art Collector and Critic, hailing from Malaga, Spain.

Professor S.A. Paipetis of the Department of Mechanical Engineering & Aeronautics at the University of Patras in Patras, Greece presents his paper in topic area of Culture & Communications: “Language as a Living Entity."

In our following paper, Dr.
Anna Rostomyan, Associate Professor at Yerevan State University in Yerevan, Armenia, presents her paper, also in the subject area of  Culture & Communications, titled “Health Communication for Rigid Integration.”

Professor Dr. António Gentil Martins FICS, OLY, Present President of the Portuguese Olympic Athletes Association headquartered in Lisbon, Portugal, brings us a provocative and timely Commentary Opinion-Essay from the sphere of  Culture & Athletics: “Transsexuals and the Olympic Games.”


The January-February issue concludes with Part XV of a special presentation in the topic area of Education: Life & Consciousness, by Naturalistic Philosopher Mr. Iain Kirkaldy-Willis of Spain’s Canary Islands: “The Nature of Thought.”
